Hi I’m Bryon Kunkel,
Though I have not worked in the restaurant space, I’ve chased Michelin stars around the world and love to dine; however, a burrito might be my favorite food (and they’re plentiful in San Francisco!). I regularly think about an incredible meal at Etxebarri in northern Spain, it almost didn’t happen because my then 10-month-old daughter wouldn’t cooperate and sleep as planned. I love authenticity in a restaurant, seasonal ingredients and creativity in preparation that exceeds our abilities to cook at home. Professionally, I have experience leading teams and developing national partnerships. My background spans multiple industries including construction, healthcare, solar and finance.
