Hi I’m Phillip Moniz,
Over the past 10 years I have been fortunate enough to be involved within the restaurant industry. With experience inside the restaurant and serving as a consultant for a period of time in Manhattan, I have been a part of many incredible experiences within the industry. Combined with a true passion for technology makes my being a part of the CAKE a dream come true. My three favorite dishes are filet, made from scratch lasagna, and New York style pizza. The three things I appreciate in a restaurant are great service, the ability to connect with the restaurant, and the quality of food.
