Hi I’m Mandy Easey,
An epicurean at heart, I have had a passion for all things food for the majority of my life. I follow the progress of chefs as some might movie stars. While I’ve chosen to keep that passion a hobby, CAKE has given me the opportunity to become a part of the food industry since joining in 2018. Before that, I earned my degree in Business Marketing and worked in the Space and Education industries. When dining out, I look for creative dishes, an extensive wine list, ambiance, and excellent service. My favorite meal is the one that surprises me-a classic dish that has been reimagined. Those are the dishes that drive me to continue learning about food after all these years.
